You will speak with a Funeral Director or a designated Family Services Representative who will give you an overview of what we can do for you to help you carry out your loved one's wishes.

Neptune Society, doctors, state agencies and other officials will need the following information to allow us to proceed:

1. Birth date and birthplace
2. Social Security number
3. Father's name and state of birth
4. Mother's maiden name and state of birth
5. Form DD-214, (if deceased was a veteran) and a copy of the driver's license
